What I Wore to Work, ft. Sugarpill's Loose Eyeshadow in Countess - Makeup and Beauty Blog
Practise you e'er sit downwardly to get ready for work and just…wing it? Sure, I accept a few different get-to looks for unlike occasions, but sometimes I'm down for a claiming.
It usually goes something like "alright Nic, we've got 30 minutes to shower, beat thy mug, and be out the door." I manus at my makeup till I see something sparkly like the pigment Countess by Sugarpill ($13) and some Eyelure lashes that kind of resemble black caterpillars. So, I make up one's mind there is no way to continue on with my day until I take giant, sparkly true cat eyes and dense, fluttery lashes.
Isn't Countess stunning? It's a deep maroon with subtle aqua reflects that are pretty hard to capture on photographic camera, but are definitely credible in real life.
Luckily everything worked out this time, considering I had to get to work.
I photographed one of my favorite shows, Baloney! Baloney is San Francisco'due south first (and simply) gay all-male person revue. Information technology's part theater, dance, peepshow, and pays homage to classic burlesque and pantomime. The testify was created and choreographed past some of my favorite creative person friends and couple, Rory Davis and Michael Phillis. It is among the most visually stunning shows I've seen and is a total dream to photo, allow alone simply scout.
What happens at Baloney unremarkably stays there, but here are some of my favorite moments I've shot from Distortion shows both past and present:
Nicole Fraser-Herron
Nicole was born a blood-red-headed fairy child and nothing has changed. Ditching the mountains tucked away in East L.A. for the mountains in Oakland, she became a photographer with a flair for too much glitter. You can check out her piece of work and follow her adventures on her website and @elephantinfantry on Instagram.
